We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at a busy unit in Swindon. The unit is Alexandra House, for which we provide their catering and hospitality services.

We are looking for a talented, Chef de Partie to join our dedicated catering team, and who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients.

For the right Chef de Partie, we are offering a competitive salary, a supportive management system, and an enthusiastic team. You will be working 37.5 hours per week 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 1:30pm-9:30pm or 2pm-10pm.

Main responsibilities

The role involves being responsible for making sure the operation is run smoothly, cooking meals from scratch and running your own section. The Chef De Partie will plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times. Responsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHH.
